Handmade Integrity Team
This is my 2nd time receiving an email from Amazon Handmade integrity team (The first in August of 2022) that that my items might not be considered Handmade, and then I have to jump through hoops of making and photographing the item in question within 5 days, which was sent right before a holiday weekend when most people go out of town.
Why does this keep happening? Like I just don't get it. I had to apply to even sell on Amazon Handmade, and then hit with integrity emails two different times. All I sell is light switch covers, it's all I have ever sold. I handmake every single one.
Meanwhile Amazon turns a blind eye to the obvious importation of all kinds of things that you know are not handmade. I just feel so frustrated and dismayed by this platform sometimes. :(

I am sorry you are dealing with this! We also had to deal with this last year out of the blue and sent detailed pictures and videos of us making orders from that day. It took all of 30 minutes for them to get back to us after sending in to let us know that we were ok again.
Meanwhile, we have the reverification debacle (3 times!!! Have received "You are verified emails twice!!!), odd emails coming from Amazon every week or so telling us that our business insurance needs to be updated (did this 4 months ago!!! It's up to date!!!) and on top of that sales have all but stopped since the yellow reverification banner of death showed up! This happened also the previous 2 times that we had to reverify in the past 30 days. After we got the "You're verified" emails, sales went back up.
Also, handmade forums echo with emptiness and lack of response or help. Just sad!

I understand your concerns. Kindly provide the Integrity Team with the requested documents. Include information on the relevant ASINs, so that the team will then have the information on record.

@DestLTD, thanks for adding to the post. I'm seeing sellers sharing the same concerns regarding the re-verification process and some have found a resolution path. I can assure you that the proper teams and level of management is involved and working on providing more guidance.

Here are a few suggestions to take action now:
1. Open a Seller Support case (or an additional case if you've already tried this approach) so the team can look into your account requirements and status.
2. If you have access to the Call Me Now feature on your Account Health dashboard, please give the team a call and ask them to provide additional guidance.

As for your feedback regarding engagement on the forums, know that I hear you and understand this could be frustrating.
