No responses from Electronics Safety and Product Compliance teams
Hi there,
Some of my products have been removed due to product safety issues. Then I submitted all the compliance documents to electronics-safety@amazon.com for one and a half months, but I have not received any reply. In addition, one of my products was mistakenly identified as children's school supplies, and I submitted the compliance documents to child-safety@amazon.com to prove this is a misjudgment, it's more than 2 weeks, but I also haven't received any reply.
Is there any way to urge them to review my cases ASAP? Please advise.
