Since last week, we can no longer buy shipping and just get the error message:
Error occurred while purchasing a label. Please try with a different delivery method.
We have tried different devices, browsers, private sessions with no cache and varying options in the form all to no avail.

We use Linnworks who we've reached out to but they have not been any help. We've also spoken to Amazon as well where we haven't got anywhere yet neither. We're using carrier Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Is this happening for anyone else? This literally just stopped last week and has not allowed us to buy shipping since so it's like something has changed - is anyone aware of anything that has been changed like a new setting or something.
Can see a lot of complaints about this historically but nothing much recently. Have tried everything that has been suggested in historic threads.
Does anyone have any ideas...?

Have you checked to make sure your Royal Mail Account is still linked correctly to Amazon?
If so, the only other thing I can think to try is to check with Royal Mail to see if the Tracked 24 service has been removed from your account potentially accidentally.

This may be a silly questions, but have you ticked the right bit under "enter prohibited and restricted goods classification"?

HI< Are you using Linnworks to print these orders or doing this thorugh seller central? DO you have an option to do it through linnworks? Could that be preventing you from processing orders from seller central
