Seller Support

Hello,

Is there somewhere I can complain about Amazon Seller Support employees? They have been giving me the same answers for a week now, as if they were mocking me. What is the need for support staff if they just send automated messages? I explain my problems very clearly with screenshots, but they do nothing but send me the same automated messages. Are these people paid to send Amazon automated messages?

Thank you

You are correct.

Amazon Seller Support (its actually known as "partner" support) employees are hired to do an extremely basic job.

All they are doing is sending you templates that they are allowed to send you...based on the Amazon policy.

There is no way to complain about this as this is the normal job for these employees.

There is no use to complain about a specific employee.

As the saying goes, the fish stinks from the head.

Rather sellers have to rally to overhaul support entirely. As of now, cooperate does not care.

Seller support has been going downhill for several years now and is still skidding lower.

They should take out the word "support" and change it with something else.
