is there a report which shows how many units were sold of each sku in the last 30 days?

I have to manually check each SKU to see how many units were sold in the last 30 days.

Is there a way to make this process easier or is there a report which shows this data?

There are many 3rd party software tools that will provide that information (for a fee)

But if self-serve is more your style, I'd suggest looking at your inventory and the performance column. You can sort a variety of ways.
