My product being sold by Amazon as Used

I just noticed Amazon has listed by product as used and selling it almost half the listed price. The description on the listing says "Minor packaging damage observed during inspection".

Question: Who gets the sale proceeds - me or Amazon? Why didn't Amazon make it available for removal if indeed packaging was damaged?

Please let me know if anybody has faced this problem before and how they resolved it.

Check your fulfillment settings to see if you have value recovery options enabled for your unfulfillable inventory.
