order not be pickup till 15 days no responce to me by amazon .

Despite the package being ready and available for pickup as per the schedule, no pickup attempt was made by the delivery associate And no responce also my phone . by easy ship. This issue is causing delays in my order processing and may lead to dissatisfaction for my customers. i i have waste my time saleing on amazon portal

if pickup not done you need to fill miss pickup form after that it will not impacted on your seller performance

Did you raise an SPS case to investigate the missed pick up?

You can do it by clicking on the Help button in the top right corner of Seller Central > Get Help and Resources > Investigate Easy Ship pick-up issues.
