Despite the package being ready and available for pickup as per the schedule, no pickup attempt was made by the delivery associate And no responce also my phone . by easy ship. as per schedule no pick up attempt by easy shipping ecommerce service it' affected my business and also received penalty for non pick up

if pickup not done you need to fill miss pickup form after that it will not impacted on your seller performance

Did you raise an SPS case to investigate the missed pick up?
You can do it by clicking on the Help button in the top right corner of Seller Central > Get Help and Resources > Investigate Easy Ship pick-up issues.
