Unable to list branded items
Hello Everyone,
We got approval from some brands to sell their items within the digital products category.
We shared documents with Amazon and we have obtained Amazon approval to list as well.
The thing is when we try to list the items, the listings get suspended and says further limitations. No one from Amazon have been of any help to guide. Amazon stuff just copy paste the previous responses without letting us know what the other limitations are.
Has anyone got through the same experience and can be of help, please?

When you say 'We got approval from some brands to sell their items within the digital products category. ' did you check Amazon policies before you did that?
If the downloads are going back to the BRAND website it's probably never going to be approved.
