I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the ongoing deactivation of my Amazon seller account, which has severely impacted my livelihood.
Key Points:
My old account, AWAN GROUP LLC, has been deactivated for over six months. Despite my compliance with all of Amazon’s requirements, I have provided all necessary proofs and information, including business registration documents and financial statements.
The lack of clarity on why my documents were rejected has left me in a state of uncertainty, unable to move forward or make necessary adjustments to my business.
As a result of this situation, the financial strain has made it difficult to support my family, and I feel as though the opportunity to run my business has been unjustly taken from me.
Personal Impact:
Amazon's actions have not only affected my business but have also put significant pressure on my personal life. The financial stability that my seller account provided is now in jeopardy, and I am struggling to keep my household running.
I urge Amazon to reconsider my case and provide a clear explanation for the deactivation of my account. I have provided all requested documents and information, yet I have received no substantial feedback.

Feel free to start your own website or to sell on other sites. NO ONE has any 'right' to sell on Amazon and they have decided you don't qualify at this time.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
