Changes to Section 17 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement
Effective from May 17, 2024, we are amending Section 17 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
As of the effective date, any dispute as envisaged in Section 17 will be resolved by a sole arbitrator who will be mutually appointed by the parties.

The problem is that there are never ending disputes between sellers and amazon...seller support is as good as useless.
