Negative Feedback from customer but its a product review please help

Hi,

I received this feedback from a buyer it's a total product review. It has nothing to do with my Fullment as a seller. it was shipped on time and received by customer on time. Amazon needs to remove this has it effects my sales and trust in customers. Please let me know your thoughts.

I read that as, for example, the customer ordered size 6 but received size 5. Very well, it could be a fulfillment issue.

Amazon will remove feedback only in the following cases:

  • The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
  • The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
  • The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”

Amazon might strike-through feedback in the following cases:

  • The order was fulfilled by Amazon: The entire comment relates explicitly to delivery experience for an order fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). In addition to the strike-through, the following statement will appear: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.
  • The order was shipped using the Buy Shipping service: The entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you shipped on time by using Buy Shipping services. In addition to the strike-through, this statement will appear, "The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller".

If the review is in your feedback manager, go the your feedback manager, go to the review, click the drop down arrow next to the review and request to remove it. When it’s on your feedback manager area of your amazon store, it’s easier to remove. If the review is about your product and not about your “storefront” then it’s usually removed with a cross through and they will take it down.

The reason they should remove it is because its a product review and not a review about your amazon storefront.

Seen this feedback before in shoes, but AMAZON will argue that you could have shipped the wrong size as a pure review would have said size of boots runs smaller than stated size or something along those lines
