Call me now doesn't work

I have tried to contact Account Health Team in order to discuss issues regarding my account. However, 'Call me now' button hasn't worked for a month! WHY???

I see the following failure:

Internal failure

Have you attempted clearing your cache and cookies from the browser you are using?

Do you have any type of spam-blocking application or software on your phone?

I recommend checking these and letting us know if you were able to make any progress.
