Can someone help me to see my shipping cost on my manage all inventory beta page , just uploaded a new shipping template charging shipping fees ? I am a new seller and need help if anyone knows anything please feel free to help

Don't know exactly what you mean, but we look at our inventory here:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/inventory
And under the product price we see our shipping template name:
