How to solve the buyers' criticism of FBA's poor service in review?
It can be seen that my buyer is not satisfied with the service of Amazon FBA and left 2 stars in my review.This is really bad, I can't imagine my new product to take the blame for Amazon. I tried various ways to contact Amazon for help, but to no avail. I suggested that Jeff could get rid of the people responsible for the review because they are really useless.
