Amazon Seller Support Service Standard

I am not sure if any of you noticed or faced situations with Amazon Seller support, but I can tell you that the Standard of Amazon Seller Support services has definitely fallen low. As a matter of opinion, I think the hiring of quality representatives if no longer seen.

Every time I create a case for any issue, I am utterly disappointed by the support team (irrespective of which department be it FBA or General or Catalog).

Day by day, I am gaining more confidence in the support team. By the term "Confidence", what I meant is "confident that they will disappoint me again if I create a new case".

You said the standard has fallen but I don't recall when it was good? It has always been pathetic. 4-5 of my cases were such where I had requested for supervisors and I was promissed call backs however, none of them bothered to call for over 6 months and they still haven't.

The only thing I like about Amazon's seller support is that they are reachable on call. Though it is still useless as 80% of the times they don't even know their own process and they use the phrase "its a policy" for what every they can't explain.

It took me time but I have learnt to research and resolve Amazon related issues on my own. I only reach out to them when its a tech issue and I have enough proofs to overcome their useless rebutals for denying responsibility.

Mostly They Reply With Auto-generated Messages Or Mislead The Topic By Replying With Inappropriate Things To The Case.

They all are illerate and couldn't understand the basic things even, they even doesn't have basic common sense, all are just 12th passout Or some are even lesser. All are freshers and Amazon hires to decrease the support expensive at low salaries. We have lose 3 lac per day sale loss just because of Illeratcy prevailing in Amazon team
