Suspected Intellectual Property Violations Again
Hello, Suspected Intellectual Property Violations are happening to me again. This time 5. I own a printing company and we make Vincent Van Gogh inspired items. He and his work are in the public domain, I am able to sell it.
Also I make gamer posters and I am allowed to use the word gamer.
Whenever I call I get someone overseas who doesnt understand that these words I am allowed to use. They also seem afraid to escalate it to the right department as it makes them look bad? Whenever I speak to someone from America they understand and the problem is resolved quickly. This has been happening many times for over a year. Its a time sensitive matter and my account score hasnt been fixed to where it used to be because of this.
Amazon is my full time job. Its hard having my job threatened every few months over something I did not do wrong. Who can I talk to in America that can solve this issue?

I was just on the phone for an hour with support. No one could help me. I showed them USPTO trademarks that Vincent Van Gogh cannot be trademarked for the artwork I am selling as prints. Also the word Gamer for prints I am selling is totally legal. The AI I believe is ruining this. I just took down many of my Amazon listings that I will no longer sell here as I cant keep going through this and getting overseas help. When I am helped with someone from America they fix it and restore my listing and account health. Those overseas do not understand and do not wish to escalate. Now my account health is lower and I did nothing wrong.
I deleted all the listings with GAMER and Vincent Van gogh and my account score is still low. I have no idea how to fix this. Ive been on here 8 years and I have my score lowered due to AI.
