We are the registered brand owner of OUR LISTING, and we are dealing with a serious counterfeit and listing hijacking issue that Amazon is failing to act on.

These sellers are not authorized and are shipping fake, incomplete, and unsafe versions of our bundle. We manufacture everything in-house, including thermal containers and food-safe ice packs. There is no legal or authorized way they could have this bundle.

We conducted test buys. Confirmed: they are sending non-authentic versions.

Customers have already complained. One-star reviews have been posted.
