Can someone help me with the brand account issue?

I enrolled the brand few years. But this year, we can not find my brand on the "Brand Registry" page. I had open more than 10 cases but still can not find my brand name on it. But the amazon team can find my brand name in my account on their side. What happened? Now it affected me to upload the products? What can I do now.

Please contact Brand Registry support through your Brand registry home page.

It would be helpful to include ASIN information as well as the brand names you registered but having issues viewing from your account.
