The system detects copyright image infringement, our products are produced and manufactured by the supplier, the pictures are taken and produced by our own team, how to deal with detecting copyright image infringement?
I have provided supporting documents and made explanations to the review team several times, but was denied my appeal for the same reason, resulting in a demerit for my store, what should I do now?

Hello @Seller_ksjBBQGX1UbaA,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums. I hope all is well. '
Based off of the information you have provided in the title and in the post, I see that you have received a copyright image infringement violation.
Per our intellectual property policy for sellers, all sellers must comply with all federal, state and local laws and amazon policies and may not violate the IP rights of brands or other rights owners. The 3 main types of IP rights are copyright, trademark and patent.
Who is your supplier? What type of supporting documents have you provided? Have you edited your listing? Typically when addressing this type of violation, you would need to edit the listing and remove the infringing image out or provide a letter of authorization or a licensing agreement.
The seller forums team, community and I are here to help. If you have additional questions or concerns, please let us know here in this thread.
Best,
Cade
