AUTOMATIC PRICE CHANGE????

A lot of my items had a price change suddenly. They were lowered down by alot and I received a lot of orders??? what is going on

yup, happened to this seller too, and a few more, very recent issue (Of course it doesn't exist if you ask Amazon...)

Strange days. Our images changed and we cannot change them back.

We didn't have a price change, but we did notice that all of a sudden there was a random person added to our Brand Registry Account as an Administrator and Rights Owner. Have no clue who this person is.

We are the Admin and Rights Owner so only we can add/remove users for this account, which we did not add anyone.

So since we didn't add them, Amazon Brand Registry support said "there must've been a glitch in the system, or they were accidently added to the wrong Evolve brand" (which there are several).

Again, just another example of how Amazon "system" is shady.

There's a big difference between our Evolve bleach tablets and Evolve protein shakes, or hair products, etc. So for Amazon to say "accidently" added them to the wrong brand, is ridiculous because we the brand owners have to jump through hoops and fight tooth and nail to get bad actors off Amazon and any other issues to protect our brand.

Hope all your prices get fixed :)

some of my products have simply disappeared from an Amazon fulfillment center, and their Seller "Support" somewhere overseas (we all know where) flatly refuses to acknowledge the issue or do anything about it. Dealing with them is like beating against a 6 foot thick concrete wall. All my pleads and efforts to be connected to someone in US had a futile outcome. Very sad. Their so called seller Support is more like Seller Mock-Support. There is no help there

Last year Amazon deleted our login credentials and they went down some black hole. Our listings were still live and selling, but we couldn't login to our account. The reps said our account never existed. It took weeks and weeks of going up the chain and paying thousands of dollars- only for Amazon to be able to put it on vacation mode and have us make a new account. They're a company with their head in the sand, that's for sure.
