Account hacked - Amazon say site is running normally but not made a sale in a month. Can anyone advise?
My account was hacked in early September and they uploaded tons of products. Amazon secured the site and said they'd removed everything. But new products still appear that aren't mine and I've not sold anything for two months. My products aren't appearing in listings either. When I spoke to Amazon two weeks ago they said the account was 'running normally'. I've lost track with the amount of times I've called customer services. I've reset passwords etc numerous times. Can anyone advise what to do?

You must be asked 2 factor way when sign in.
That might be hacked once but not sure how they login continuously

Check that they haven't added something to the API. They might have made a custom app so they can do stuff without actually logging in

Brother , The best solution of this problem is 2 step verification. You can use authenticator app or your mobile number and everytime when anyone login account you will get a code in your mobile. This is secure.
