FBA INVENTORY REDUCED AFTER ADDING - DEL4 INDIA

SHIPMENT ID FBA15HWZMFT7 TO DEL4 WAS RECIEVED CORRECTLY TILL YESTERDAY BUT SUDDENLY TODAY IT THE UNIT COUNT WAS REDUCED, I HAVE OPENED SELLER SUPPORT CASE BUT NO SUPPORT IS PROVIDED. THEY ARE ALLOWING THEFT BY ALLOWING TO REDUCING INVENTORY AFTER BEING ADDED.

WE NEED URGENT ESCALTION , CASE ID 9643688912

Have you had a chance to review the Content tab within the shipping details to determine the date you can request an investigation for this shipment?

  1. Navigate to the Inventory tab and click on Shipments.
  2. Locate your shipments and click on Track shipment.
  3. Within your shipping workflow, click on the Contents tab.
