Customer ordering far too much
May sound an odd thing, but hope someone could help or point me in the right direction.
I have one customer who has placed multiple orders with me in the past 6 months and it just doesn't feel right or ethical to keep supplying them with the same items. Cancelling orders creates its own issues, but is there a safeguarding department at Amazon who could advise? I'm becoming concerned for said customer basically and whilst we appreciate their custom, it's not sitting well with me.

I mean, they could be dropshipping for a start and just selling them on?
You could report the customer, but I'm not sure what for. If they are willing to buy, and amazon are processing all the payments - then there is little else you can do.

I love a customer who orders repeatedly. Its kinda why were all here no?

Personally I think if you are getting the sales, the customer is causing no trouble then carry on supplying them.
Is it possible they are buying the items to sell elsewhere. In my experience most of my large orders are from resellers.
I don't think you can stop them anyway and if they are providing regular sales then that can only be a good thing.
If you want to restrict how many items a customer can order in one go you can always set the maximum order quantity against the item.

I had the same issue on my Etsy shop, had an old lady ordering at least 10 cards a week which went on for a couple of months, she then made a single order of 24 cards.
I reached out to her to say thank you as a thinly veiled attempt to understand why she ordered so many and it turns out she lives in a remote cottage is elderly and cant get out much but she has a huge family including 20 grand children and just likes the originality of my cards.
I gave her a decent discount on future orders and she still orders to this day.
Id say 99.9% of the time buyers are genuine and if they pay on time and arent any hassle I wouldt just carry on as you are.

I think it's good that you are concerned.
The Mental Capacity Act states the we assume people have capacity until it can be proven otherwise.
If you are really concerned then reach out the Safeguarding Team of the Local Authority they live in. "Legitimate Interest" is a fair reason to process their personal data in this case.

What's the item? That may give more insight to if its problematic , usually repeat customers is what we all aim for ....

Is your item something which could be re-sold?
Is it something which could be gifted to multiple people?
The product in question is the answer.

I had the same issue a customer ordered 6 of the same items over a 2 day period. Each delivery was at a different address. There was an issue with the delivery and when I spoke to the named delivery customer he knew nothing about my company and had paid £10 more than I was selling it at.

If it's the 'Tacky Ballz Ball Cleaner Fire Balls' he is buying, please make sure he is aware that this is for cleaning bowls.
