Issue with SAFE-T claims

We have many pending claims for over a week which have not been checked. Some that have been checked, when I read them they are not being marked as read and still show up as unread. I have done the basic trouble-shooting steps (changed browser, cleared cache etc) but they still remain unread even after having read them.

Iv tried asking CS but as usual they dont have a clue of whats going on

Is anyone else having this issue?

My reasonable guess is that the number of claims at this time of year is higher than normal so you should allow a little more time.

Just as sales go up at Xmas, the claims also do but I don’t suppose Amazon throw as much extra manpower on dealing with claims as they do for fulfilling orders.
