Hello everyone, I’m new to the platform. Today I received an inquiry from a customer, but I can’t see which of my listed products they are asking about. Is there a way for me to find out which product they are referring to?

If they sent the message through Amazon it MIGHT show the item if they asked directly about an item.
If they just sent you a message through your seller page it won't show any ASIN unless they entered the info.
I send them a message by hitting "reply" in the Amazon message system and say that I have abut 4000 items listed and I need to know what ASIN they are asking about.
If they messaged outside of Amazon either ignore it or tell them to contact you through the Amazon message system so everything is recorded for safety purposes.

Did it come in your Amazon messages or outside of Amazon? If on Amazon, ask them.

You are new to the platform. A Customer contacts you about an item, but does not say which item. (Why are they asking then if they do not say what theyre asking about...)
Its easy these days to be e-paranoid, but that sounds like they are 'checking things out' to see a reaction.
I would pay very close attention to any order (if) they do make...
