otp problem
Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with the OTP not arriving on my SMS. I sent it to have it deactivated. I sent all the documentation, it says it takes 2 days. I can't solve this problem. The OTP still doesn't arrive. I don't know what to do. I spoke via chat. I spoke in every possible way. No one can help me. It's been 48 hours since this happened. They tell me that my phone number doesn't correspond. However, a relative who also works here is from the same country and receives it. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me? Best regards!!!

I'd also recommend that you call your mobile operator and make sure there aren't any filters on your phone number OR dervice preventing you from getting text messages.

Install an Authenticator app, that's probably the only way to resolve your problem. BUT - YOU have to be the owner of the "Primary account manager" email. Take 2-3 hours to read and understand following thread:

I had an order come in, and the OTP was set for a number I no longer had access to, so I couldn't log in.
Uploaded my video, passport, etc, and it took 10 days, not 2.
In the meantime, the order was canceled.
