Account Deactivated - New Seller
I am just setting up my sellers account and everything was fine until about a month ago when my account was deactivated. I sent a request to open a cast so that I could understand why it was deactivated and Amazon said I needed to go through the video verification. So I did that and proivded all of the necessary documents and information that was requested for the new account setup. Still deactivated and despite numerous attemps to engage seller support I haven't gotten ny closer to understanding why the deactivation. I would like to start to sell on Amazon but it sure is proving to be very difficult to do so. Any idea what I should do? Opening new cases through seller support just results in an automated email saying "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal." Any ideas?
