How to get in touch with an Amazon Account manager

Hello, I want to start a business on Amazon and I cannot get any contact from Amazon. How can i approach this? I was contacted a while ago by an amazon account manager which is no longer working here. I need another one. thank you!

Yeah thats not how it works.

I know it seems intuitive but its just not realistic concidering the volume of products and sellers Amazon has.

Amazon provides seller university so you can teach yourself how to get started.

You can expect Amazon to be a "self serve" platform with little margin for error so act accordingly.

In addition to what @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBYhas noted,

since you are new just be sure to follow the requirements for the new, improved Amazon.

Have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here.

Source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

Strategic Account Services Account Management Program Terms:

Eligibility

Application is required to participate in Strategic Account Services Account Management Program ("Program").

Sellers must have an active Professional Selling Account in the Amazon.com store with active offers to receive services. Amazon reserves the right to determine seller eligibility based on additional factors including, but not limited to, account health status, product categories, and sales history. The Program is recommended for sellers who opened their Professional Selling Accounts more than 12 months ago.

I know it seems intuitive but its just not realistic concidering the volume of products and sellers Amazon has.

Amazon provides seller university so you can teach yourself how to get started.
