Good Afternoon @Xaowon - I wanted to check in on your thread and see if you still required assistance regarding contacting Selling Partner Support:

  • When you click the help button in the top right hand side of Seller Central there is a button that takes you to Seller Support.
  • After that you can choose a selection that matches with your request, and you should have the option to either submit an email or phone call

If you are not yet enrolled with the Strategic Account Services program, that is where you can receive access to a designated account manager, a trusted advisor inside Amazon who can help you scale your business, reach new customers, and increase sales.

Sellers can sign up for this paid service at anytime as long as they meet the following criteria's:

  • You must have an active Professional Selling Account in good standing on Amazon.com.
  • The program is designed to help both brand owners and resellers doing business in the Amazon US store.
  • Sellers who want to apply for multiple Selling Accounts must complete the application form with an email address and Merchant Token unique to each Selling Account.
