Delivery charges for Amazon fulfilled order

I understand that sellers using FBA cannot charge their buyers for delivery. How is this possible? Is it related to Easy Ship Prime or something else?

I would appreciate it if anyone could clarify this for me. Thank you!

When you see 'Delivered by Amazon', it means EasyShip. When you see 'Ships from Amazon', then it means FBA. Hope this helps.
