Amazon charging personal card for business seller account

Hello

We stopped trading end of June.

Amazon has automatically applied my personal account (for private purchases on Amazon) to the business seller account.

It is now charging FBA account seller fees to my personal card.

1) how do I remove the card from Account Info -> Payment Information -> Charge Method ?

There appears to be no way to remove my card.

2) how do I dispute the charges?

If you are incurring charges, Amazon will seek to be paid in any way they can and the T&Cs you signed up to allow them to. They won't let you to remove your card from your buyer account. You probably cancelled your business card or closed your business bank account so they have reverted to your personal card.

When you say that you stopped trading in June, it would appear that you either left your selling plan as the paid version or you still have stock at FBA or other reasons that are incurring charges.

You need to understand why you are being charged and stop that, for example, downgrade your plan to the free version, remove any stock at FBA or whatever. Then, you may want to actually close your seller account.

But removing the card (which won't work anyway) is not the correct way. They will chase you to the end of the world to get their money.
