Assuming you are following Amazon's guidelines for proper procedure in drop shipping, Amazon only allows multiple accounts if there is a pressing business need. That would not be the case here. You are simply using different sources. Many (most?) sellers use more than one source.

As for your question about multiple stores, I'm a bit confused on what you mean by this as I understood it the same as @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl in that you can have multiple sources for the account! If that doesn't answer your question, please let me know.
