Can I use my product images and A+ content on my website

I am a new seller, brand registered, and am launching my first product very soon. I have been building a website for my brand and although I have tried researching it Im not sure of the following

- On my website (outside Amazon) can I use my Amazon listing pictures and A+ content

- If I have a product page on my website can I have a link to buy on Amazon? I don't intend to sell the product on any other platform. Only Amazon.

The image you used to create a detail page should have been an image of your own creation -- either a photograph you took or hired taken.

So that image belongs to you. When you upload the image to Amazon you are granting Amazon the right to use the image -- but you are not assigning the copyright that you own as soon as you took the photograph. You retain the copyright unless you specifically sign it away.

Now if the image on the Amazon detail page is not of your creation -- not an image you own -- then no -- you cannot use it on your own website.

Yes, you can direct people from your website to buy on Amazon -- but why would you do that? You don't want to scrape buyers off -- you want to keep them.

I sell both on website and Amazon. For items I sell FBA, in which case I almost always have the buy box, I have links that say "Add to cart" or "Buy on Amazon." The latter uses a link that goes through the Associates program, so I get a few percent if they use it.

In most cases the amount I lose to commission to Amazon is offset by the much lower amount I pay for Amazon to ship it, vs shipping it myself. As @Seller_BLdLaOgNaGxZonoted, many are just trained to only want to buy on Amazon. Go figure.

Why would you like to sell only on Amazon? You won't have control of your products, people going to return your product damaged and you won't be able to get your money back, you will have a lot of stress due to Amazon's incompetent seller support.

Short: I don't see why you would not be able to use the pictures for your own product on your own website and also on Amazon, but reconsider sending people from your website to purchase on Amazon. Just keep them on your website and avoid Amazon as much as you can.

You could add a buy with prime button on your own website. This allows fulfillment through Amazon, however, you retain your consumer's purchasing behavior data since the order is placed on your own website.
