Frustration with Amazon Seller Support – No Response to Unauthorized Use of EAN Codes Issue

Hi everyone,

I’d like to share my frustrating situation with Amazon and ask if any of you have had similar experiences or know where I can get some real help.

Since mid-August, I’ve been struggling with an issue where another seller on Amazon UK is using my EAN codes, which are registered to my brand with GS1 UK. Despite numerous reports to Amazon Seller Support and Brand Registry, the problem remains unresolved. I have submitted all the required documents, but in response, I usually receive just a list of links where I can file an appeal. Unfortunately, after following these instructions, I repeatedly find out that it’s not the right place, and I’m redirected elsewhere.

Since reporting this issue, I’ve exchanged over 30 messages with Amazon, but unfortunately, I see no progress. I feel like I’m being passed from one representative to another without any real results.

Has anyone experienced similar problems and knows how to effectively get help from Amazon in such situations? Perhaps there are other channels or methods that could finally help me resolve this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated because I’m at a loss on how to communicate with Amazon’s customer support.

Hi @Seller_W0sRPlbFJV7dJ,

I'm sorry you're running into this issue. If you could share your most recent case ID from talking with Support, I'll review to see what options exist for escalation.
