Amazon allows the use of fake UPCs. Violates its own policies
I've spotted a lot of fake UPC codes created on Amazon.
I have reported these asins to Amazon multiple times. I reported a violation and also created a case, but Amazon does not care about the problems.
Not only did I prove that the UPC codes were fake, I also proved that Amazon policies were violated. However, Amazon does not take any action.
When I query the UPC codes for Asin codes on the GS1 website, different brands appear.
For example, on Amazon, the brand of the listing appears as "A", but when I query the UPC code of the listing on the GS1 site, the brand that owns the UPC code appears as "X". That is, the UPC code does not belong to the relevant listing or product.
Using fake or incorrect UPC codes when creating listings is prohibited, is a violation of Amazon policies and listings must be removed from Amazon.
Example asin: B01GVA2YNI
This listing was removed from Amazon because it was created with a fraudulent UPC code, other listings should also be removed from Amazon in this manner.

I reported the violation many times on the pages below, but unfortunately they did not care about me, they did not take any action even though I proved the violation, and they did not share the results of the violation notification with me.

Could you please check all infringement notices, UPC codes for accuracy, and Amazon policies and take appropriate action?
Also, can you give me information about the subject?

Hello @Seller_wbj2FGHAF8QmJ,
Michelle at Amazon here. Thank you for providing the cases with the ASIN's you are concerned about violating policy. Please know that I will make sure that these are reviewed, however, for confidentiality reasons, we will not be able to provide you with the outcome of the investigation. Please know that this may take some time to get reviewed, but I will ensure that the team investigates each case.
Regarding the rules to create listings on Amazon, you must use a GS1 verified UPC. You can review the policy here.
Regards,
Michelle
