QR Code to Request Reviews
Hi,
We want to include a thank you note to our products and have a QR code to ask for a review. We are not looking to incentivize buyers for positive reviews. Just simply asking for any review.
Something like:
"Thank you for ordering our product! We would love to hear about your experience. Your feedback helps us improve and create better products for our customers."
1. Is there a QR option and if not, is there any other option?
2. We know asking for positive reviews or incentivizing customers for reviews falls outside of the TOS, but simply encouraging customers to share their experience positive or negative, or is this as well not a compliant method?

You cannot ask for reviews outside of using Amazon (in order there is a request review button).

If you want to request reviews, use the link supplied by Amazon on the order detail page. That requests both product review and seller feedback.

Being a new small company, we cannot afford prestigious agencies and influencers and expensive marketing strategies. We want within the frame of the TOS, and smart Creativity to encourage customers to leave reviews positive or negative.
If the community here has any good ideas, we love some advice
