Unable to receive a verification SMS for deposit mothods updating
I am not able to update my deposit method.
When setting up a deposit method, a verification SMS is required, but a verification SMS with a link cannot be received. I do get the OTP on my phone when I log in though.
I have contacted my carrier and they have confirmed that my phone number is functioning normally and there are no issues with blocking or restricting the receipt of SMS.
Additionally, I tried changing my login phone number to a number from another carrier, but that number also failed to receive the verification SMS when trying to change the number.

That means you are NOT the one who created this seller account. You are NOT the "Primary Account manager". Most probably you are a Secondary user. Only the Primary Account Manager has the authority to change the deposit method.

This problem ended up being solved by receiving a verification link via email.
