REOPEN MY CASE

I filed for a brand registry and I did not respond in time to the email because the email skipped my inbox. Since I did not respond in time amazon closed my case. Now I want to reopen my case but I do not see anywhere to reopen a case. I tried to apply again but it says that my trademark is still pending. I have been trying to find some sort of customer service but it says I do not have any brands enrolled in the registry so I cannot get better customer service.

My case ID is 13610325891

Can please someone help me?

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.

Since you provided a case number I'm tagging a couple MODS to see if they can help you.

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here. The case cannot be reopened at this point and it wouldn't do much good since the verification code is only good for 10 days as per the case.

The application should have definitely been declined by now. I submitted a request to decline the application so that you can apply again. This is the only path forward to enrollment.

I will keep you posted once I receive a response, but you can also continue to check via the Brand Registry site and as soon as it is marked as declined, you can reapply.

To set the proper timing expectations, these requests have taken up to 7 business days to complete in the past. There is always a chance it will be resolved sooner though.
