Negative Balance due to Advertising Campaign

Hello Sellers,

I recently received a ₹1000 promotional credit in my Amazon Advertising account after a phone call from the Amazon team. However, without my knowledge or consent, an advertising campaign was auto-activated. After the ₹1000 credit was used, the campaign continued running and created a negative balance in my Seller Central account, despite it having no funds.

Now, Amazon is asking me to clear a negative balance of ₹2,780. (around 5000) I never manually started the campaign or authorized deductions from my seller account. Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you resolve it?
