Incorrect Dimensions/Shipping measurements has led to incorrect FBA fees... any Suggestions?

Weeks ago out of no where two out of my 4 (identical) variations randomly got bumped up to 'large bulky' products and therefore raising my FBA fees to almost $5 more per unit sold of each product. I submitted a ticket and one of them got fixed temporarily, I persisted for the next one but then the one that got fixed reverted back to the wrong measurements. All the while, Im selling this product both on Amazon and with Multi Fulfillment Center shipping (different platform sales) and my margins are lower. Not to mention shipping the product itself was DOUBLE what it was before the dimension changes. I've gotten MANY sales from this other platform and having to pay $16 for a 0.5 LB product is absurd. I was also told I don't qualify for reimbursements? Nah, its gotta be hundreds now at this point.....

They finally got back to me recently with what appears to be the correct dimensions of each product variation, however my inventory page is still showing up with wrong dimension and shipping weights causing it to stay classified as Large Bulky. How is a 0.5 LB product shipping weight suddenly now 4.0 LB's??

I currently have ANOTHER ticket open (probably my 5th) about this issue and its ongoing high costs.

So my question is... does anyone have suggestions on how to handle this differently? My two other identical packaged and shipped variations are still at the correct measurements and doing fine.

FYI: This is a new product. It had been launched for probably a week and a half or so.

Thanks.

Hey @Seller_mOTQwbS6f3wcj, I'm sorry to read about these headaches and understand how frustrating they must be. Can you share the case numbers in question for me to look into and escalate internally where possible?
