Authorized Seller

Hello,

Amazon has taken down a licensed product that we are the authorized seller for. We have provided a letter of authorization from the brand and yet Amazon still keeps going in circles asking me to provide another one. Has anyone had this issue before? I have supplied all the information they are asking for with no help.

I think only way is keep trying their support.

Some say you won't really get real support until 10-20 tries.
