Cannot Add Recipient in Seller Wallet
The Add Recipient feature in Amazon Seller Wallet is not working for me and I cannot add my manufacturer as a recipient which means I cannot pay them.
When I fill out all of the required fields and click 'Add recipient' I get a Thank You message saying "Your action has been confirmed. You can now close this page and return to Seller Wallet".
However, when I go to the Send a payment tab and click the recipient drop-down field, there is no recipient to click on in the list.
My Case ID is 16623464251.
Please help!
