Self-delivery delay

The buyer purchased the urgent delivery, because the product delivery can only be standard delivery, resulting in delayed delivery, but we have discussed with the buyer and agreed to the delayed delivery, has anyone encountered it? How to eliminate the delay rate

For every order you must meed two deadlines -- the ship-by date, and the deliver-by date.

Failure to meet either of those will "ding" your metrics.

It does not matter that the buyer has agreed to accept a delay.

In fact that agreement on the part of the buyer is meaningless. They can still open a claim if not delivered on time.

Basically, you are attempting collusion in order to break the rules -- and it's not going to fly.

Further, it is not ethical to offer Expedited shipping, and then when the buyer takes you up on the offer, you wish to renege. Even without Amazon's rules in place, you at the very least should be refunding the charge for Expedited.

(I assume you mean Expedited by "purchases the urgent delivery"). If you mean you offered a premium shipping service (two day or next day), this is even worse.

Offering Standard shipping is mandatory (of course), but any other shipping is optional -- you do not have to offer Expedited.
