Registering the KSA acoount from Uae seller account

We have uae seller account, and we are tring to register in KSA also.but each time the verification was rejected from amazon side and the error is "The details you entered in Seller Central when you registered your account don't match the person or contact that appeared on the document verification session".

Can somebody help me? to do i need to update in the seller centeral account
