Account Health issues- Amazon replies that we cannot use WeFast to send package

Kindly refer Case ID 11005038362. My account health is suffering due to low OTDR. When contacted Amazon Seller Support, i am given the reply after 15 days that i chose Wefast which is a non integrated courier and hence low OTDR. The exact words are" Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand that your query is regarding Valid Tracking Rate for order id : 405-9496394-2309915, 403-5143889-9225150, 403-4881232-3755535, 407-4838601-7832306, 407-0702885-2334763.

As per the update from our internal team, we would like to inform you that you have used non-integrated carrier that resulted in Valid Tracking Rate defect.

We request you to kindly validate the tracking IDs before ship confirming orders to avoid defects in account.

Further, here is a carrier list whose tracking information is supported by Amazon:

India Post

I fail to understand, which of the above mentioned companies offer same day delivery service. Also, team should atleast know that we cannot just select any company . We have to mendatorily select one from drop down. Now amazon refuses to accept that we have chosen one from drop down and have selected "Others". Please be guided seller support , that there is no "Others" optuion given to us during confirm shipment.

the response you received from Seller Support is correct. In order to avoid impact onto the VTR metric you require to use an integrated carrier from the list provided.

If you could elaborate more on the challenge with the carriers provided from the list as I am not sure if I understand your issue correctly or alternatively, elaborate more on the expectation to the support you like to receive from our end.
