hijacking from sellers in India

Our listing has been hijacked again, and it's incredibly frustrating, especially since we just removed another seller (who we suspect is the same one we’re dealing with now) from our listing.

Customers have come forward to report this seller and provided us with their order numbers. One customer bought THREE of our items, only to receive THREE products that were completely different from what was listed.

As soon as we had that seller removed, the same seller reappeared under a new name. This new seller is from India, and we are confident it’s the same seller because all the hijackers on our page are from India. We know their listings are fraudulent since we don’t sell to India at all; we have no distributors there or even on Amazon Canada. It’s clear they are selling a different product.

The seller's name is JPJ EXIM, and they are specifically targeting our product, undercutting our prices and winning the buy box.

Worse when we did a test buy before, we werent able to get a refund even when the product was proven to be different. We have gone through brand registry, we have gone through abuse submissions, nothing works.

If anyone in amazon can help us that would be great.

Good Evening @Seller_unvDAQ1xP5Sq5,

When reviewing your post, I see that you reviews are related to your account in Amazon India, and this forums is for issues related to the US Amazon store. If possible, please post this question in our Amazon Forums in India, that way, the team in charge of moderating the forums will be able to provide you with the respective support.

What should you do if your issue is related to the IN Store?

You can post this same exact question in Amazon Forums IN but going to the upper right hand corner of the forums and switching to India:
