Unauthorized Seller on My Brand Registered ASIN - Stuck in Support Loop

Situation:

I own the brand "Macrakido" which is properly registered through Amazon Brand Registry (with EUIPO registration).

I created ASIN B0DCQ9ZSTY for my brand, investing in content, images, advertising, and building reviews

Recently discovered an unauthorized seller "Wenwenshangmao" is now appearing on my listing as the "sold by" company instead of mine.

so I want to remove this seller from my brand-created listing.

What I've tried:

1-Reported through standard infringement process - Was told I need to make a test purchase first to prove infringement

2-Contacted Brand Registry Support directly - They said I need to contact them through Seller Central instead

3-Submitted through Seller Central - Received automated response directing me back to "Report a Violation" form

4-Tried Report a Violation again - Back to square one with the same automated responses

I understand that reselling authentic products may be allowed, but my concern is specifically about control over my brand-created listing that I invested in developing. As a brand-registered seller, I believed I would have more protection for the listings I create.

Questions:

Has anyone successfully removed unauthorized sellers from their brand-registered listings? What process actually worked?

Is there a specific support path that connects to actual humans who can help with this issue?

Are there any Brand Registry benefits I'm not utilizing that would help in this situation?

Any guidance from sellers who've navigated this successfully would be greatly appreciated. I'm exhausted from the circular support responses.

Thank you!

Hi there @Seller_PzqeuecAIVqOs

To give some background on "unauthorized sellers", when a product detail page is created, it becomes a permanent catalog page on Amazon that will remain even if the creator's inventory sells out. Additionally, when you add your copyrighted image to a product detail page, you grant Amazon and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to exercise all rights of publicity over the material.

Other sellers can list their items for sale against pages or copyrighted images that you have used. However, we do require sellers to list only against product detail pages that exactly match their items. If you believe sellers are listing against product detail pages that do not exactly match their items, it is recommended to complete a test buy to obtain proof of the product in question. (I'm glad you've already done that)

If this other seller is selling a product that is completely different than the detail page it's on, it will need to be reported through Report Abuse and select the "Products received are different than the description on the detail page" option. As it's a different product, it is a listing violation rather than an IP violation and the path I just mentioned is for listing violations.

When you submit, I also recommend that you only speak to the product being different than the detail page/your product while taking pictures of both. Once that's done, you can send me the complaint ID so I can look into IF the product is in violation.

Let me know if you have any questions!
