Listing suppressed - Main image missing
We have had one of our best sellers suppressed all of a sudden, and the other 11 variants having the same image style are still active. No matter what I tried (PNG, JPG, larger resolution, etc), the problem persists. Opened two support cases and they keep on telling me my images are incorrect but the same images never had a problem with other listings. I have >40 SKUs and none of them have any issues. Due to this non-sense, we have missed about $1k of sales in the past two weeks... Can a mod please look into this?

The ASIN given did not come up on Amazon for me. You may want to post the first image of a suppressed item. Some problems with images are not white background all the way around the edges. Having text on the image even if it is part of the design.
Are you sure your item is being suppressed because of the image? Sometimes it is the bullet points and many sellers use the word 'ship' or some form of the word ship and this will suppress the item.

@KJ_Amazon Could you help on this? I opened a case and got an auto canned resonse for photo policy. Case ID 14601606121
How do I know this is not an issue with the photo that I uploaded? - I tested a theory and uploaded a photo that is on another listing and not suppressed. It will not unsuppress the listing as it has dne in the past. Had this same issue last year. Was some kind of glitch on the backend that needed to be fixed.
This is my image. background color 255 x 255 x 255 - 2000 x 2000 - no logos or watermarks - only a picture of the product.

I have had this same issue for a long time. It made me give up on about half of my listings.

Issue was fixed by Amazon team. Note to other sellers: you just stay the course and keep on opening tickets and involve mods here....
