Unable to list a book with a valid ISBN
I am trying to list a book with a valid ISBN. However, I am hitting an error because a completely unrelated book is using the ISBN. I have created a case 10174715182 and provided photographs of the book with the ISBN and screenshot of the book data page on the ISBN website.
There have been more than 10 messages back and forth on the case thread but it isn't going anywhere. I keep getting asked for the same information again and again.
Can a moderator please intervene?

In spite of providing the requested information in each instance, a new associate proceeds to ask me for the same information yet again. This has happened 5 times in the case thread so far.
