why i can not get Schedule Pickup and get slots?

hi everyone

I got an order today but i can not get schedule pickup and get slots i don't know the reason.

amazon gives me this message.

same and also customer are not able to place orders giving another error saying we cannot deliver to you location. I have stopped recieving orders since yesterday

There seems to be error in Amazon, where all sellers using Easy ship have stopped receiving new orders since afternoon.

Customers have contacted me why it shows cannot deliver to any area in UAE. Seems it has to be fixed at the back end and I'm not sure if Amazon seller support are aware of it.

If you check your listings on Amazon, now it shows Ships from and Sold by "seller". It should show as "delivered" by Amazon and sold by "seller" (for Easy ship sellers)

Hope it comes to notice of Amazon and they can resolve it soon.
